Family is at the heart of everything we do. Our Directors Debbie Turner and Laura Holmes are mother and daughter and their husbands Bob and Lee also play key roles.
Debbie has more than 30 years’ experience in childcare and her daughter Laura grew up surrounded by the children her mum was ‘minding.’ Today Laura’s own children Ellie and Louis benefit from Mini VIPs’ Wraparound Care.
Our credentials
Our fantastic team boasts a range of specialisms ranging from Safeguarding; Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordination; to Early Years Teaching; Childcare and Paediatric First Aid.
Their professional qualifications are impressive too and include: National Vocational Qualification Levels 3 and 4 in Childcare; Level 3 Diploma in Childcare; Postgraduate Certificate in Education; Level 3 Forest School Teacher; Level 3 Teaching Assistant and Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care.
I take great pride in Mini VIPs and its excellent team. Together we make the nursery what it is today and will continue that wonderful progress.
