Holiday Club

Fun, laughter, smiles and chatter, creating safe, happy memories is what really matters.

From cooking and climbing, to horse-riding, and exploring, there’s never a dull moment for children who join our Holiday Club.

Any school-aged child, from any school is welcome to join our all-year-round Club based at Mini VIPs. It’s run and supervised by our qualified, professional childcare staff.

Children take part in a wide range of activities and outings during the Easter, Summer, Christmas and half-term school holidays.

Doors open Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 6 pm and Club spaces fill up quickly, so get in touch in plenty of time to book your child’s place.

We ask parents/carers to provide a packed-lunch and children are given regular, healthy snacks and drinks throughout the day. At 4 pm we serve them a tasty, home-cooked meal.

Children love our trips out which range from a hike up to Belas Knap Ancient Long Barrow to activities in Frog Wood Forest. They can let off steam on the GWR Railway, tire themselves out in Sudeley Castle’s Adventure Playground and paddle and explore the River Isbourne.  Fruit-picking (and eating) at Hayles Fruit Farm is always fun, and visits to local parks and games in the nearby Sports Hall are popular.

We use our Mini VIPs Minibus to transport children to and from activities safely, with car seats to suit each child.

When not out and about, children always keep themselves busy in our four Activity Rooms, The Den, The Art Room, Chill Out Room  and The Nook.

The Den: This ‘hands-on’ room is where children can challenge themselves with Lego, board games and puzzles. There’s a Nintendo and some days we put up the pool and football table.

The Art Room: Is full of excited children using a variety of resources and their imaginations to get creative and messy. We prefer to use natural materials and you can often find us out and about collecting these to bring the outside inside!

The Chill Out Room: How can we unwind after a busy day? By snuggling with a blanket, all cosy on one of our sofa’s, watching a film with our friends, or maybe sharing a selection of different stories with each other? What else could you do except relax? We also have limited use on our Nintendo Switch or our DS’s for those that prefer.

The Nook: Using our range of role play resources, we can create our own inspired room. Lots of small world play is always a favourite too and you wouldn’t believe the number of games we have to share.

Outdoors, our sensory garden, complete with fruit and vegetable patch, water area and playground, are always available come rain or shine.
